Job Title: Senior Formulation Scientist in Edison, New Jersey

Job description:

• Lead to conduct Pharmaceutical Research and development involving pre-formulation, formulation and testing.
• Coordinate and conduct activities required for ANDA product development such as clinical batch manufacturing, BE studies and documentation for submission etc
• Show expertise in areas of Modified Drug delivery systems and Water insoluble drug technologies for implementation in product development.
• Perform scale-up / optimization and trouble shooting of operations involving solid dosage manufacturing under cGMP
• Design and execute formulation experimental designs for developing scientifically sound formulations and processes. Evaluate stability and compatibility of formulations.
• Design and develop pre-clinical formulations of NCEs using various Water-insoluble technologies under GLP conditions.
• Prepare and review batch records, protocols, reports and other documents involving ANDA submission to the FDA
• Create, review and follow SOPs as well as evaluate documentation for completeness and compliance as per SOPs/cGMP
• Have strong knowledge of FDA regulatory requirements, ICH guidelines and cGMP involving pharmaceutical product development and testing

Education Requirements: MS degree in Chemistry/Pharmaceutics or closely related field with 5+ years of experience or Ph.D degree with 2+ years of experience is required.
